Why do we have an auction?
As a non-profit organization, KiDs Beach Club® utilizes a three-fold strategy to generate revenue in support of our operating budget. Funding is received from church partnering fees, individual contributions and events. The KiDs Beach Club Benefit Dinner & Auction is the largest fundraising event held throughout the year. We aim to connect with those who desire to partner with us in seeing that our vision is realized; providing every 3rd-6th grade boy and girl a Jesus experience within the culture of his or her public school.What happens at the auction?
Free Valet ~ Drive right up to the Speedway Club building at Texas Motor Speedway and take advantage of the free valet service. Proceed through the glass doors and up the escalators to our registration desk.
Registration ~ Once you sign in, you will be issued a bidder packet. It will include your table assignment, and your Live Auction Bid Card on the back of your program. You will also have the convenient option of pre-swiping a credit card for a faster check out at the end of the evening.
Dine & Dash ~ Pick a plate and see what gift card/certificate you get! Each plate has at least $25 worth of restaurant gift card for a special night out.
Pick & Play ~ Similar to the Dine & Dash but this time, you pick a tumbler to see what event or adventure in DFW you will be attending.
Raffles ~ Join in on the fun of three different raffles which include an Ultimate Orlando Family Vacation for 4, A vacation to sunny Southern California and a custom-made long-range precision rifle.
Photo Booth ~ Remember the evening with a photo booth and use the hashtag #GivingKiDsBibles for your chance to win a special prize.
Dinner ~ A fun time to enjoy a delicious plated dinner from the award-winning chefs at Texas Motor Speedway.
Featured Speaker ~ Best-selling author Lee Strobel who has written more than 20 books including his classic, The Case for Christ, will deliver a powerful keynote speech.
Check Out ~ We have an automated system designed to make the check out process fast and smooth!
What do I wear? Business Casual: Nice dresses or pantsuits for the ladies. Suit or jacket/slacks for the men.
What types of items are there? Everything from unique travel experiences to gift cards to items for your home. You will find items in all price ranges.
How do I register for the event? Click the Registration link to the left of this page. Be sure to invite your family & friends.
How can I help?
Volunteer ~ Help is needed in preparing packets, setting up the day of the event, greeting and answering questions at the event, as well as clean up the night of the event. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to volunteer.
Acquire Donations ~ Ask businesses you frequent to donate items, gift cards, etc…to KiDs Beach Club. Be sure to have the donor letter and donation forms with you. It’s a tax deduction for them and a benefit to KiDs Beach Club!
Where do I get Donation Forms & Donor Letter? Forms and letter can be printed directly from this website. Just click on the appropriate link to the left.
What do I do with my donations Contact email@example.com to schedule a drop-off or pick-up. Please turn in items as soon as possible. Be sure to include the completed donation form for each item being turned in.
Register, Attend & Bid ~ There will be many great items you will want to bid on! Please register by clicking on the Registration link on the left of this page.
Bring Friends & Family ~ This is a fun way to introduce them to the awesome staff of KiDs Beach Club.
